With AXXCON since the beginning of 2024. With his experience in change management and HR, he supports organisations through change. For him, the fascination of people’s behaviour within organisations lies in the interaction between individual personalities, group dynamics and the structural framework conditions. Accompanying change and the further development of people within the organisation is particularly important to him.
He finds his daily balance mainly in long walks with his dog Frida. When he wants to be a little more sporty, he does athletics and plays football. He also likes to go to concerts and festivals, but also enjoys relaxing on the couch or with friends.
What counts for me is the constant opportunity to develop myself further and to constantly learn new things. Exciting projects and constant new challenges are the best way to do that here.
