Anna-Lena has been with AXXCON since 2015. She started as office manager. As such, she has been the good soul of our office in Schwalbach, planned our events and has always been available to all colleagues for all organisational issues. Even then, HR issues were already part of her job. When she left to take parental leave, she focused on HR issues at AXXCON.
As a mother of three small children, there is little free time. And if there is, then it is often used for a run.
Definitely the independent and self-reliant work.
