Dieter has been with AXXCON since 2014. He has built up comprehensive expertise in financial controlling and specialises in performance improvement programmes. Is very familiar with the construction of onshore wind farms. Contributes all the skills needed for topics relating to change and efficiency – analytical thinking, ideas and many years of experience with organisational change as well as stamina and the flexibility to handle implementation.
