In the second year of the coronavirus pandemic, energy supply companies have continued to focus on their existing offerings and have barely invested in new business models. This is shown by the Innovation Benchmark 2021 for the energy industry from the consulting firm AXXCON.
Together with the management consultancies Detego and KWF, we have conducted a study to analyse what the future world of work will look like after the coronavirus pandemic.
As experts in the energy supply industry and digital transformation, we conducted a study on the digitalisation measures of German energy suppliers. The influence of the coronavirus pandemic is interesting. What is striking: Managers in particular prefer to work from home – employees, on the other hand, are predominantly in the company office, according to a study by management consultancy AXXCON.
