We are delighted that AXXCON is once again one of Germany’s leading consultancies this year for the tenth time in a row, as shown by brand eins’ 2024 best list.
In just three years, the energy company E.ON has implemented an extensive cloudification project: All data and the majority of applications that were previously hosted in the company’s own data centres were transferred to Microsoft Azure.
The EU Data Act has been European law since January 2024. This should make providers of cloud IT services in particular sit up and take notice. This is because part of the law will present them with enormous challenges.
Problem management has always been a particular challenge for IT managers, and as consultants we have yet to meet an organisation that is completely satisfied with its processes in this crucial area. With the migration of many IT services to the cloud and the emergence of hybrid IT, the complexity of this discipline has increased significantly.
We started in 2020 with the concept phase of the “Rethink SIT” project for the strategic realignment of Soluvia IT Services. In the meantime, we are in the middle of the implementation phase.
Hybrid IT transformation offers many benefits to organisations, including flexibility, cost savings and transparency. However, the move to the cloud also brings with it the risk of nasty surprises, especially when it comes to cost management. In our fifth blog post on enterprise IT, we look at these challenges and the solutions.
The client was faced with the challenge of transitioning, optimising and modernising the IT function. AXXCON successfully supported the client in the selection of strategic service providers and transition to the IT target operating model.
We did it again in 2023. We are proud to have been named as “Best Consultant” for the ninth time in a row! Since 2014, Statista has been analyzing the consulting market once a year in cooperation with brand Eins magazine in order to determine the best consulting companies in Germany.
The current energy crisis is clearly leaving its mark on the innovation portfolio of energy supply companies. This is shown by our Innovation Benchmark Analysis 2023 for the energy industry. The number of innovative products and services for end customers analysed remained virtually unchanged for the first time since the annual survey began.
The increasing complexity due to the move of IT services to the cloud and the emergence of hybrid IT poses particular challenges for IT managers. This blog post explains how companies can deal with the challenges.
