Change of management: Maik Neubauer and Stefan Jaschke take over as managing directors

In January 2026, Maik Neubauer and Stefan Jaschke took over the management of AXXCON Management Consultants. They succeed Torsten Beyer and Harald Freitag, who handed over the operational management of the company as planned, thus initiating the next stage in the consultancy’s development.

AXXCON was founded in 2009 and supports energy companies in strategic, organisational and technological transformations. Maik Neubauer and Stefan Jaschke explain: “We stand for transformation consulting on equal terms – with deep industry knowledge, clear strategic orientation and strong implementation skills. We will continue to develop this claim together and consistently expand AXXCON as a leading strategic partner in the energy sector.

Stefan Jaschke has been a partner at AXXCON since 2017 and specialises in organisational development and change management. He supports energy companies in realigning their organisations, management models and control systems in the context of profound strategic and technological changes. A particular focus of his work lies on the effective combination of strategy, structure and culture, as well as the sustainable anchoring of transformations within the organisation.

Maik Neubauer joined as a partner in early 2025. With more than 20 years of experience in the German and European energy sector, he contributes his expertise in the field of business transformation. His professional career includes board positions at the European Energy Exchange EEX AG and European Commodity Clearing AG, as well as other executive positions in energy companies and energy-related service providers.
