With AXXCON since 2025. She has cross-industry experience in personnel, team and management development. She is particularly interested in the effective design of team collaboration and the sustainable development of skills in learning organisations.
In her free time, she is regularly drawn to the mountains – preferably to Austria or Italy, where she enjoys the culinary delights of trattorias and coffee houses as well as nature. In her private life, she appreciates the mixture of sporting activity, enjoyment and inspiration. This balance gives her fresh perspectives and energy for new challenges, including her work as a consultant.
