As a consultant, Niklas brings several years of experience in IT project management and digital transformation to the table. In past projects, he has played a key role in company-wide software implementations and IT transformation initiatives. His focus is on the interface between business and IT, structuring project and portfolio processes, and the successful implementation of complex IT projects.
He finds balance in sporting activities, enjoying trying out different sports. Especially when on holiday, he is drawn to the water, where he pursues water sports such as surfing and kitesurfing. Spending time with his family is also important to him.
I particularly appreciate the variety in my day-to-day consulting work and the opportunity to accompany projects from the initial idea through to successful implementation at the customer’s site.
